SMOKED RIB STEAK & SAUTEED TOMATO GARNISH


SMOKED RIB STEAK & SAUTEED TOMATO GARNISH

 


INGREDIENTS:

·        3 RIB STEAKS

·        2 BOTTLES OF IN EXPENSIVE ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING

·        MY SPICE RUB

·        3 BAKING POTATOES

·        SPANISH ONION

·        MUSHROOMS

·        CHERRY TOMATOES

·        ROMA TOMATOES

·        YELLOW TOMATOES

·        SWEET BASIL

·        OLIVE OIL
 
RIB STEAKS:
·        PLACE IN A FREEZER BAG, & POUR IN THE SALAD DRESSING
·        SEAL & “BURP” THE BAG THEN PLACE IN THE FRIDGE TO MARINATE OVER NIGHT
·        NEXT DAY TAKE OUT & SEASON BOTH SIDES WITH MY SPICE RUB
·        PLACE IN THE SMOKER FOR 1 HOUR @ 250-275
·        THEN PLACE ON THE BBQ TO FINISH
SAUTEED TOMATO GARNISH:
 
 

·        IN A SKILLET PAN BRUSH SOME OLIVE OIL ON THE BASE, ( ABOUT 2 TBLSP SHOULD DO IT )

·        THEN PLACE ON YOUR BBQ BURNER @ MED HEAT

·        CHOP YOUR SPANISH ONION & PLACE INTO SKILLET, & COOK DOWN UNTIL YOU GET A SLIGHT BROWNING

·        SLICE YOUR MUSHROOMS & TOSS IN WITH THE ONIONS

·        CHOP & THROW IN YOUR SWEET BASIL

·        DICE THE ROMA TOMATOES & TOSS THEM IN

·        CHOP THE YELLOW TOMATOES & THROW THEM IN

·        THEN THROW IN YOUR CHERRY TOMATOES

·        SEASON THE MIX, WITH THE SPICE RUB TO TASTE

·        COOK TILL THE CHERRY TOMATOES APPEAR AS THOUGH THEY`RE ABOUT TO BURST

 

 

PRETTY SIMPLE...YET SIMPLY DELICIOUS ...uuummm ;o)))
