GRAND MARNIER BABY BACK RIBS !!

- 2 RACKS OF BABY BACK RIBS ( TAKE THE MEMBRANE OFF THE BACKS )
- GRAND MARNIER
- MY SPICE RUB


I TOOK A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF GRAND MARNIER & RUB IT INTO THE RIBS .. THEN LET THEM STAND FOR AN HOUR ...


THEN I RUBBED IN MY SPECIAL SPICE RUB...

 
THEN I COVERED THEM & PLACED IN THE OVEN @ 250 FOR 1 1/2 HOURS... UNCOVERED THEM & PLACED BACK INTO THE OVEN FOR ANOTHER HOUR.. THEN PULLED THEM OUT & DRIZZLED SOME MORE GRAND MARNIER JUST ON THE TOP..RE COVERED THEM & PLACED BACK INTO THE OVEN FOR ANOTHER 1 1/2 HOURS...
 
 
THEY`RE DONE !!...LET`EM REST THEN MANGE !!
